About Me
My name is Dylan Trenck. I am a student at the University of North Florida studying Computer Science with an expected graduation of August 2026. I am passionate about solving hard problems, expanding my breadth of knowledge and working with emerging technologies. I enjoy playing guitar, training Mixed Martial Arts, or going to the beach during my free time. I was originally born in Norwalk, Connecticut and moved to Tampa, Florida in 2012. I have a specific interest in Machine Vision systems as well as Multi-Modal Machine Learning/AI. I've always been fascinated by the aerospace industry and hope to one day work in this field developing software for space exploration.

HighlightHub is a passion project I've been working on since it's ideation in November 2024. It is a machine learning model that detects highlight moments in videos through the analysis of audio and temporal attributes as well as reinforced learning. It is a system I've designed to help content creators / streamers find highlight moments in their content in real-time to be used for short-form content creation.
