FAQ
The questions everyone asks.
Answered plainly, because the alternative is you emailing to ask and waiting a day for the same answer.
What does a project cost?
Every engagement is quoted after discovery, because a number given before I understand the problem is just a guess. What I can promise is a fixed price, written down before any work starts, so you never get an invoice you did not expect. Most work falls somewhere between a focused two-week sprint and a multi-month build.
How long does it take?
A focused site or automation is typically two to four weeks. Applications with real backend complexity run six to twelve. AI and vision work depends almost entirely on your data, which is the first thing we look at during discovery.
Do I own the code?
Completely. Code, repositories, domains, and infrastructure accounts are yours and in your name from day one. I do not host your business on my account, and there is no arrangement where leaving costs you your software.
Are you a one-person shop?
Yes, and that is the point. You work directly with the person writing the code, so nothing gets lost between an account manager and an offshore team, and nobody is learning your business on your budget. When a project genuinely needs another specialist, I bring one in and tell you exactly who and why.
What do you not do?
Native mobile apps, brand identity and logo design, ongoing paid-ads management, and anything that would require me to pretend AI will solve a problem it will not. I would rather refer you to someone good than take work I would do badly.
Do you work with non-technical founders?
Most of my clients are. You do not need to show up with a spec or know what a database is. Bringing the problem is enough. Translating it into software is the job you are hiring me for.
Still wondering
Ask me the one that isn't here.
If your question didn't make the list, it's probably a good one. Bring it to a call or send it over by email.
